James L. Saner

JAMES L. SANER SR. is President and CEO of MainSource Financial Group.
Prior to joining MainSource he was President and COO of Indiana United
Bancorp; President and CEO of People’s Trust Company and also President
and CEO of PTC Bancorp; President and CEO of First National Bank of
Vevay; Administrative Vice President of People’s Trust Company and
President and CEO of Lookout Industries, a small privately owned
manufacturing business. Mr. Saner received a BA degree from Thomas More
College and has attended numerous banking courses and seminars, as well
as the Executive Management Training Course, University of West
Virginia.
