James L. McGovern

JAMES L. MCGOVERN is one of the founders of BPI Financial Corp. For
eight years, he has led the sales and marketing efforts of the company
as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In October, 1995, he
was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer by BPI Financial’s
Board of Directors. Mr. McGovern has over 14 years of industry
experience in the successful management of sales and marketing
programs. He played a critical role in the strategic planning and
execution of the programs that have led to the success and growth of
BPI. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.Comm). He is a
Director of The National Ballet of Canada.
