James A. Earnshaw

JAMES A. EARNSHAW became President & Chief Executive Officer of Graco
Inc. this year. Prior to that, Mr. Earnshaw was employed at Eaton
Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio (1973-1999) where he became Vice President,
Hydraulic Operations, Worldwide in 1993. Mr. Earnshaw attended McMaster
University in Hamilton, Ontario (1980) where he received a BA, Economics
and Political Science. He is affiliated with several organizations: NFPA
– National Fluid Power Association (1992-1999); SAE – Society of
Automotive Engineers (1987-Present) and MAPI – Manufacturers Alliance
(1992-Present). Mr. Earnshaw is married with two children.
