Jacques Deforges

JACQUES DEFORGES is Vice President, CFO and Corporate Secretary of
Boomerang Tracking Inc. Mr. Deforges’ mandate is to direct all financial
activities of Boomerang Tracking Inc. including investor relations,
financial planning and the treasury as well as the company’s operations,
human resources and legal activities. Mr. Deforges has a solid
background in finance and has enjoyed considerable success at senior
management levels during his career. Prior to joining Boomerang Tracking
Inc., he served as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer for Teleglobe
Inc., a major international telecommunications carrier recently acquired
by BCE Inc. During his tenure, he directed the activities of the
treasury department and oversaw corporate finance activities and
investor relations. Prior to joining Teleglobe in 1996, he directed the
telecommunications sector at one of Canada’s major chartered banks.
