J. Kenneth Glass

J. KENNETH GLASS has been President and Chief Executive Officer of First
Tennessee National Corporation and First Tennessee Bank, N.A., since
2002. From 2001 to 2002 he was President and Chief Operating Officer.
From 1993 to 2001 he was Business Unit President. From 1979 to 1993 he
held executive level positions with various responsibilities. From 1974
to 1979 he was Corporate Controller. Mr. Glass was an Audit Manager and
CPA with Arthur Andersen and Company from 1968 to 1974. He has a BA in
Accounting from Harding University and participated in the Harvard
Business School Advanced Management Program and the American Bankers
Association Conference of Executive Officers.
