J. Eric Leo

J. ERIC LEO is Chief Investment Officer of ARK Funds and the Portfolio
Manager of the ARK Value Equity Portfolio, with total assets under
management exceeding $530 million. As Director of Equity Research for
the ARK Funds, Mr. Leo oversees all research and purchasing as it
relates to equity investing. His more than 25 years of experience in
all facets of investment management includes managing mutual fund
portfolios and accounts for both individuals and institutions. He is
experienced in all facets of investment management and specializes in
equity investing. Prior to joining ARK Funds, Mr. Leo was an Executive
Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Legg Mason Capital
Management. He earned a BS degree from the University of Richmond School
of Business Administration.
