IAN BURNS has had an 18-year City career and is now the European
Chemicals Marketing Analyst at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney. He joined
the company one year ago following 17 years at what became UBS Warburg.
He was a market maker for 11 years before moving into the research
department in 1993.
