Patricia R. Hume

Patricia R. Hume is Chief Commercial Officer of iPass, Inc. Ms. Hume is tasked with leading the global teams responsible for all customer-facing activities, including sales, marketing, business development, services and supplier relationships across the entire product portfolio. Ms. Hume has a history of forging lasting working relationships with staff, and contributing passion, accountability and exceptional vision to her team. A dynamic and energetic executive with 35 years of technology experience, Ms. Hume has led several large sales, marketing and business development operations, including President of Trapit, Inc., from 2013 to 2015. In addition, she was Chief Revenue Officer at Convio, acquired by Blackbaud; Senior Vice President of Global Indirect Channels at SAP AG; Group Vice President of Avaya’s SMB division; and CEO/President of VerticalNet Markets. She also held numerous senior management positions during her 17-year service with IBM and Lotus until 1999. Ms. Hume holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Scranton.
