Howard E. Verlin

HOWARD E. VERLIN is Executive Vice President of Pegasus Communications
Corporation where he is responsible for the company’s direct broadcast
satellite (DBS) operations, broadband and set-top box initiatives and
other advanced digital services that Pegasus distributes through its
independent retail network of 3,500 retailers. Mr. Verlin is responsible
for the achievement of yearly budgets, acquisitions, divestitures and
capital projects, and also oversees changes in content, pricing and
vendor contract negotiation. Mr. Verlin has been an employee of Pegasus
since its formation, and was employed by Butcher & Singer where he
provided investment banking and brokerage services to the media and
communications industries. Mr. Verlin is a graduate of Harvard
University with a BA in Economics.
