Mike Hershberger

Mike Hershberger was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Health Insurance Innovations, Inc. in September 2015.  He has also served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development since October 2013. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2011. Mr. Hershberger was employed as a Senior Manager at Baker Tilly, a full-service accounting and advisory firm, from 2005 to 2011, where he was responsible for managing housing research. Prior to 2005, he held various senior positions including the CFO of Health Plan Administrators, Inc. and President of Urban Solutions, Inc., a real estate developer. He was also a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.  Mr. Hershberger holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Augustana College and earned his master’s of science in urban land economics/finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
