Henry Sun, CFO and Corporate Secretary of Highpower International Inc., joined the company in November 2010 as Assistant CEO and became CFO in early 2011. Prior to joining Highpower International, Mr. Sun served in positions including Financial Adviser, Senior Financial Manager, Financial Controller, and CFO at Merrill Lynch, Cepheid, Yasheng Group USA and Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company. He is a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
