HAROLD L. ZUBER has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Teleflex Incorporated since 1990 and is actively involved in the day-
to-day management of the company’s widely diversified businesses. He
joined Teleflex in 1980 as Controller, and became Vice President and
treasurer in 1986. Prior to joining Teleflex, he was a partner in the
Philadelphia office of Price Waterhouse, now Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He
graduated from Clarion State University with a degree in Business
Administration.
