Harj Gill

HARJ GILL is Chief Executive Officer and Director of AMS Homecare Inc.
He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s degree in
Science in 1986, and majored in Biology. Upon leaving university he
entered the financial industry and obtained experience in the accounting
and investment businesses. From 1992 to 1999 he was employed with
national investment Firms in Canada. During this time he obtained his
FCSI (Fellowship of the Canadian Securities Designation) by completing
the Certified Investment Management program. He joined Shoprider Canada
Mobility Products as General Manager soon after leaving the investment
industry to assist in the completion of the reverse takeover which
concluded with the company becoming a publically traded company on the
TSX Venture Exchange as AMS Homecare Inc. In 2003 he became Chief
Executive Officer of the company. In 2004 the company listed on the OTC
BB market.
