H. Giles Knight

H. GILES KNIGHT is a Managing Director at MTB Investment Advisors with
responsibilities including management of several institutional
portfolios as well as management of the ARK Small-Cap Equity Portfolio.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Knight was Vice President of the Equity
Group of ASB Capital Management, Inc. He has over 30 years of investment
management experience including positions with PNC Financial, Mellon
Bank (Girard) and Ted Bates & Co., New York City. Mr. Knight earned a BA
degree from Dartmouth College, (junior year at University of Freiburg,
Germany), and an MBA degree from the Bernard Baruch School of Business,
City College of New York.
