Guillermo Bron

GUILLERMO BRON is Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of United PanAm Financial Corporation, California’s largest
Hispanic-owned financial institution. Mr. Bron, through Bastion and
other affiliates, was a leading investor and Director of Telemundo
Group, Inc., the second largest Spanish language television network,
until its sale to NBC in 2002. Mr. Bron is a Managing Partner of Bastion
Capital Fund, LP, the nation’s largest Hispanic-owned private equity
investment partnership funded by the nation’s leading pension funds and
institutional investors. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology with BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management.
He also received an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.
