Gregory K. Cleveland

GREGORY K. CLEVELAND is President and CEO of BNCCORP, Inc., and BNC
National Bank. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO, Mr.
Cleveland, a Certified Public Accountant, directs corporate development,
including acquisitions and mergers, for the company. He is also a member
of the Executive Credit Committee and the Executive Management
Committee. Mr. Cleveland has 20 years’ experience at the senior level of
banking and serves on all Boards of Directors for BNC and its
subsidiaries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cleveland worked for the New
Orleans office of a national accounting firm and for a large Virginia-
based bank holding company that is now part of Bank of America. He holds
a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the
University of North Dakota.
