GREGORY H. BROWNE was named Chief Financial Officer of Amedisys in 2002.
Prior to joining the company, he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer
of PeopleWorks, Inc., a human resources outsourcing company. Mr. Browne
has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Ramsay Health Care, Inc.,
a psychiatric hospital chain in New Orleans, Louisiana and Ramsay-HMO,
Inc. in Miami, Florida.
