Grady C. Tabor

GRADY C. TABOR is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for
SouthTrust Asset Management Company. He joined the firm in 2001 and is
Co-Manager of the SouthTrust Growth Fund. Mr. Tabor joined SouthTrust
in 2001 from Raymond James Services, Memphis, Tennessee. He earned a BS
degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and an MS
degree in Finance from the University of Memphis. Mr. Tabor earned his
Chartered Financial Analyst Designation in September of 2000.
