Gordon J. Kerr

Gordon J. Kerr has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and he has been a Director of Enerplus Resources Fund since May 2001, when he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kerr was Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary at Mark Resources when the company was reorganized into EnerMark Income Fund in 1996, at which time he commenced employment with the Enerplus Group of Companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1979.
