Gordon Coburn

GORDON COBURN, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer,
has over a decade of financial management experience in the
Information Technology industry. He joined Cognizant Technology
Solutions Corp. in 1996. During his tenure with Cognizant, the
company has grown to 4,000 employees, completed an IPO that was
ranked as the 12th most successful IPO of 1998, and was listed by
Forbes magazine as the ‘Best Small Company in America’ based on
financial performance.Prior to joining Cognizant, Mr. Coburn
spent six years with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where he
was Group CFO for its venture capital and high-technology
information/software businesses, and held key financial
management positions at the operating and staff levels, including
at IMS International, Pilot Software and Gartner Group. He
obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and later
acquired an MBA from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
