Glenn P. Muir

GLENN P. MUIR, a Certified Public Accountant, was appointed to the
Hologic, Inc., Board of Directors in July 2001 and has held the
positions of Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and
Treasurer since September 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Muir served as Vice
President of Finance and Treasurer of the company from February 1992 and
Controller since joining the company in October 1988. Mr. Muir received
an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in
1986.
