George Usher

GEORGE USHER is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Polydex
Pharmaceuticals Limited. After graduating from Guelph University with a BSc in
Agriculture, he started working at the company in 1982. He has worked in all
areas of the company including production and quality control and is well versed
in the products. He became Vice President of Dextran Products Limited, the
operating subsidiary, in 1987 and then President and CEO of Polydex in 1993 and
1996 respectively. He took over as Chairman of the company in 1998.
