Genevieve Roch-Decter, CFA, graduated from McMaster University — B.Sc., honors — with a major in behavioral neuroscience and minor study in economics. Prior to beginning her career at LDIC Inc., she worked as a Junior Policy Analyst for the Ministry of Health Promotion. Ms. Roch-Decter joined LDIC Inc. in 2007 and is providing investment analyst research to the portfolio manager. Her main focus is on equity research within the mining, materials and energy sectors, working predominately for the Redwood Global Small Cap Fund. Ms. Roch-Decter became a CFA Charterholder and member of the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts in 2011.
