Gary Wood

GARY WOOD is President and Chief Investment Officer of Wood Asset
Management, Inc. The firm is based in Sarasota, Florida and is an SEC
Registered Investment Advisor. Mr. Wood holds a BS Degree in Engineering
from San Jose State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Prior to Wood Asset Management, he was a founder of New York based
Schaenen Wood & Associates, where he was Chairman of the Board and Chief
Investment Officer. His previous associations were with Brown Brothers
Harriman & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. and Goldman Sachs & Co. He is a
Trustee of New College Foundation. Mr. Wood has three children and lives
in Sarasota. He is an avid tennis player and fisherman.
