Frederick S. Rolandi

FREDERICK S. (RICK) ROLANDI, III has served as Landmark Systems
Corporation’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November
1998. Prior to his employment with Landmark, Mr. Rolandi served as Vice
President, Controller of Intersolv, Inc., a software tools company, from
November 1997 to October 1998. From 1991 to October 1997, Mr. Rolandi
was employed with Honeywell Measurex DMC where he served as Vice
President and Chief Financial officer from May 1991 to December 1995 and
as Vice President and General Manager from January 1996 to October 1997.
Mr. Rolandi received his Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in
1973 and in 1975 received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
