Frank Ricciuti

FRANK RICCIUTI is Vice Chairman and Vice President of Investor Relations
of dot com Entertainment Group. He is a graduate of Ryerson University
in Toronto, holds an Engineering degree from Michigan Technological
University and an MBA from York University in Toronto. Mr. Ricciuti has
held senior executive positions with Canadian and international based
corporations. Mr. Ricciuti was also a senior executive and Board member
of a Canadian investment firm. His experience encompasses a high degree
of international experience, in particular with regard to both the
capital markets and in designing and implementing the strategies to grow
a company. Mr. Ricciuti currently sits on the Board of several
corporations.
