Frank E. Williams

FRANK E. WILLIAMS III has been President and Chairman of the Board of
Williams Industries, Inc., since 1994. He has been a construction
executive with more than 22 years of management and operations
experience in the construction industry. Mr. Williams has strong
leadership capabilities, successful in building and maintaining long
term customer relationships. Previously he was Vice President of
Construction Williams Industries from 1991 to 1994, President Williams
Steel Erection Company from 1984 to 1991 and Project Manager, Williams
Enterprises from 1981 to 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
from Georgia Institute of Technology.
