William M. Foshee

William M. Foshee has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc., since 2007, and as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of ServisFirst Bank since 2005. Mr. Foshee served as the Chief Financial Officer of Heritage Financial Holding Corporation from 2002 until it was acquired in 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Auburn University and is a CPA.
