Fletcher Chamberlin

FLETCHER CHAMBERLIN has been Director of Investor Relations for FEI
Company since 2003. For three years before that he was Director of
Corporate Communications for Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. Earlier
he held communications, treasury and finance positions with Electric
Lightwave, Tektronix and J.P. Morgan & Co. He is a graduate of Yale
College and lives in Portland, Oregon.
