Erik Eisenstein

ERIK EISENSTEIN is a Senior Industry Analyst covering thrifts and
mortgage finance companies, having been with Standard & Poor’s U.S.
Equity Research Services since June 2000. Mr. Eisenstein’s coverage area
comprises a variety of mortgage-related companies, including mortgage
insurers, mortgage banks, government sponsored entities, savings and
loans and some regional banks with substantial mortgage operations.
Prior to joining S&P, he was with American International Group, where he
was an insurance underwriter, and then underwriting manager, beginning
in April 1997. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Eisenstein was a practicing
attorney, having been admitted to the New York State Bar in April 1995.
