Eric Skolnik

ERIC SKOLNIK has been the Chief Financial Officer of Blonder
Tongue Laboratories since 2001. Mr. Skolnik joined Blonder Tongue
in May 2000 as the company’s Corporate Controller. He began his
career at Weber Lipshie & Co., a medium-sized CPA firm located in
Manhattan, where his primary focus was middle-market
manufacturing companies. In 1994, Mr. Skolnik joined BDO Seidman,
LLP, practicing out of their Woodbridge, New Jersey, office,
where his focus was on emerging growth companies, primarily in
the manufacturing sector. While at BDO, he worked on Blonder
Tongue’s IPO and continued to service Blonder as a client for a
period of time thereafter.
