Eric Jaeger

ERIC JAEGER is Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs for
Cabletron Systems, Inc. Mr. Jaeger serves as Chief of Staff and oversees
the legal; intellectual property; corporate communications; and safety
and security functions of the company. Mr. Jaeger has also served as
Cabletron’s General Counsel and Senior Vice President. Prior to joining
Cabletron, Mr. Jaeger was in private practice representing clients in
connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions, private and public
equity financing, intellectual property, technology development and
licensing, and academic/commercial collaborations.
