Eric F. Brown

ERIC F. BROWN has served as President and Chief Financial Officer of
MicroStrategy Inc. since November 2000 and August 2000, respectively.
Mr. Brown originally joined the company as Chief Financial Officer of
the Strategy.com subsidiary in February 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Brown
served as Division Chief Financial Officer and then Division Chief
Operating Officer of Electronic Arts from October 1998 until February
2000. Prior to that, Mr. Brown was co-founder and Chief Financial
Officer of DataSage, Inc. from 1995 until October 1998. Mr. Brown also
held several senior financial positions with Grand Metropolitan from
1990 until 1995. Mr. Brown received an MBA from the Sloan School of
Management of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in
Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
