Ellen B. Richstone

ELLEN B. RICHSTONE is Senior Vice President and CFO of Brooks
Automation, Inc. Prior to joining the company in November 1998, she was
Executive Vice President and CFO of a healthcare startup, The Frontier
Group. During her career, Ms. Richstone has served as CFO of Augat,
Inc.; Rohr Aerospace; and Honeywell Bull. In her current role at Brooks,
Ms. Richstone’s responsibilities include all financial, legal, MIS and
human resources areas. She has three graduate degrees in finance,
international law and diplomacy, and international affairs, and has
attended Cornell University’s Executive Development Program. Ms.
Richstone is on the New England Board of the Financial Executives
Institute and the Board of Employment Resources, Inc.
