Edward E. Cohen

EDWARD E. COHEN has been Chairman of the Board of Resource America,
Inc., since 1990, Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1988 and
President since 2000. He also has been Chairman of the Managing Board of
Atlas Pipeline Partners, GP, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the
company that is the general partner of a publicly traded limited
partnership that owns and operates natural gas pipelines, since its
formation in 1999. Mr. Cohen also serves as a Director of TRM
Corporation (a publicly traded consumer services company) since 1998,
and Chairman of the Board of Brandywine Construction & Management, Inc.
( a property management company) since 1994.
