Edmund B. Cronin

EDMUND B. CRONIN JR., is Chairman of the Board, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Washington Real Estate Investment
Trust. He is a Director of Potomac Holdings, Inc., and Director
of John J. Kirlin Companies. Mr. Cronin is Director/Vice Chairman
of Georgetown University Hospital; Director of National Maritime
Heritage Foundation; Trustee of Federal City Council and Trustee
of Brookings Institution Greater Washington Research Program.
