E.O. Edgerton

E.O. EDGERTON, JR. co-founded Capital Investment Counsel and today
serves as Chief Portfolio Strategist as well as President of the
company. He is also Vice President of Capital Investment Group, Inc., a
regional investment brokerage company registered with the National
Association of Securities Dealers, and Vice President of the Capital
Value Fund, a registered investment company. Mr. Edgerton earned a BA in
Business and Finance from Wake Forest University. He later served as a
1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, where he was Company
Commander during the Vietnam conflict.
