Douglas Vicari

DOUGLAS VICARI has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Prime Hospitality Corporation. since August 1998. In this
role, Mr. Vicari oversees all financial operations, including treasury
services, taxation, risk management, accounting, MIS, internal auditing
and budget and analysis. Mr. Vicari joined Prime Hospitality in 1986 as
the Director of Budgeting & Financial Planning. In 1992 he was promoted
to Vice President, Treasurer and was an instrumental member of the
management team that led the company’s restructuring in the early 1990s,
with responsibility for budgeting and planning, cash management, credit
and collection, internal auditing, financial analysis, and investor
relations. Previously, Mr. Vicari held several management positions at
Combustion Engineering in Stamford, CT. Mr. Vicari received his BS in
Accounting from the College of New Jersey and an MBA from Fairleigh
Dickenson University.
