Douglas Buffington

DOUGLAS BUFFINGTON joined Women’s Golf Unlimited in January 1994 as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing, and became Chief Financial Officer and
Chief Operating Officer in June 1994, President in December 1994, a
Director in February 1995 and Treasurer in January 1996. From 1992 until
joining the company, Mr. Buffington served as General Manager of Simon-
Duplex, a $25 million capital goods division of Simon Engineering, a
company based in the United Kingdom. From 1990-1992, he served as Vice
President of Finance of Simon Ltd., a $35 million division of Simon
Engineering.
