DOUGLAS A. LOEFFLER joined Founders Asset Management, LLC, in 1995. He
is a Vice President of Investments, and has been a portfolio manager for
The Dreyfus Corporation since February 1999. He has served as Senior
Portfolio Manager for Dreyfus Founders International Equity Fund since
August 1997. In addition, Mr. Loeffler has managed the international
portion of the Dreyfus Founders Worldwide Growth Fund since July 1999.
He also served as co-Manager for Dreyfus Founders Mid-Cap Growth Fund
from January 1997 to March 1998. Mr. Loeffler’s background includes
seven years with Scudder, Stevens & Clark as an international equities
analyst and as a quantitative analyst. He graduated from Washington
State University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and
earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1998. He is a
Certified Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for
Investment Management and Research (AIMR).
