Donald Fandetti

DONALD FANDETTI is a senior equity research analyst covering the
mortgage/specialty finance REIT sector for Wachovia Securities. He has
followed real estate securities for the firm since 1999. Mr. Fandetti
specialized in companies that own office, industrial, multifamily,
healthcare, and retail commercial real estate properties. Prior to
joining the equity research group, he had financial responsibilities in
Wachovia’s fixed-income capital markets group. Before joining Wachovia,
Mr. Fandetti was an equity/fixed income investment analyst with a large
non-profit organization. He is a CFA charterholder, member of the
Baltimore Security Analyst Society, and a member of the Association for
Investment Management and Research. Mr. Fandetti earned his BS degree in
Accounting and his MBA from Clemson University.
