Diane M. Gotham

DIANE M. GOTHAM is a Vice President of Fortis Advisers, Inc., a division
of Fortis Financial Group. Prior to joining the Firm, she held a
position with IBM Corporation. Ms. Gotham earned a Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of
Minnesota. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the
Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), and the Twin
Cities Society of Security Analysts.
