Dean Gianoukos

DEAN GIANOUKOS follows the leisure industry for J.P. Morgan
Chase. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in l997 he was associated
with Salomon Smith Barney where he covered the retail industry
and before that was an Analyst at Gabelli Asset Management. In
2000 and 200l he was ranked as a top Analyst in the Institutional
Investor poll for coverage of the leisure industry. Mr. Gianoukos
received an MBA from Columbia University and is a Certified
Public Accountant. He earned a CPA while at Ernst & Young.
