David Toti is a Senior Managing Director and Senior REIT Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Toti was a Managing Director and Group Head of real estate research at FBR Capital Markets & Co. He spent a combined eight years as a Senior REIT Research Analyst at Citi and Lehman Brothers, where he covered a wide array of real estate sectors. Additionally, he practiced as an Architect for 10 years with Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and worked as a Senior Designer on a number of large commercial projects, both domestically and abroad, including the Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., and the Bloomberg headquarters in Manhattan. Mr. Toti holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and an MBA in real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
