David Savitsky

DAVID SAVITSKY is President and Chief Executive Officer of ATC
Healthcare Services, Inc., and President and Secretary of Staff
Builders, Inc. Mr. Savitsky co-founde the company in 1978. He has served
as Secretary, Treasurer and Director of the company since 1978,
Executive Vice President since 1987. He assumed the role of Chief
Operating Officer in 1991 and became President in 1998. He was Chairman,
Home Health Services & Staffing Association, from 1994-2000; American
Staffing Association Healthcare Policy Committee co-Chairman; and
Private Duty Homecare Editorial Advisory Board from 1996-1999.
