David S. Weiss

DAVID S. WEISS has served as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Beazer Homes USA, Inc., since the company’s initial
public offering in February 1994. From February 1993 to February 1994,
he was the Assistant Corporate Controller of Hanson Industries, the
former parent company of Beazer Homes and the US arm of Hanson Plc. Mr.
Weiss was Manager of Financial Reporting for Colgate-Palmolive Company
from November 1991 to February 1993 and was with the firm of Deloitte &
Touche from 1982 to 1991, at which time he was Senior Audit Manager. Mr.
Weiss is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s in Business
Administration from the Wharton School and undergraduate degrees in
Accounting and English from the University of Pennsylvania.
