DAVID R. KOTOK is President and Chief Investment Officer of Cumberland
Advisors, Inc., a Vineland, New Jersey firm and subsidiary of Tyan, Beck
and Company. Mr. Kotok is a Wharton School graduate, who co-founded the
firm in 1973.
