David R. Koos

DAVID R. KOOS has served since inception (December 2004) as Chairman, CEO
and Acting CFO of Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. As one of the co-Founders of
the company, Dr. Koos has helped identify business opportunities for the company
and set in place the overall business model currently being implemented. In
addition, he has been involved with investment banking, venture capital and
investor relations for the past 25 years. He has worked with several major Wall
Street investment banks and has assisted companies primarily focused on
biotechnology.
