David M. Nussbaum

DAVID M. NUSSBAUM is currently Chairman of the Board of Firebrand
Financial Group, formerly Research Partners International, Inc., the
publicly traded parent corporation of EarlyBirdCapital.com, GKN
Securities Corp., Shochet Securities, Inc., and Dalewood Associates, LP.
In addition, Mr. Nussbaum simultaneously serves as Chairman of the Board
and Chief Executive Officer of EarlyBirdCapital.com, an electronic
investment banking firm dedicated to the development and funding of
early stage, pre-IPO companies, and as co-Manager of Dalewood
Associates, LP, a private investment partnership that makes investments
in early stage companies. With nearly 20 years of experience in the
securities sector ‘ 12 years in investment banking and eight years as a
securities law attorney ‘ Mr. Nussbaum brings a wealth of insight and
creative initiative to the investment community. Mr. Nussbaum serves on
the Board of Arbitrators of the National Association of Securities
Dealers, Inc., and is a member of the prestigious Young Presidents
Organization. Mr. Nussbaum earned his BA degree from the University of
Michigan in 1976, graduating Cum Laude, and his JD degree from New York
University Law School in 1980, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Order of
the Coif.
