David Kyle

DAVID KYLE is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
ONEOK, Inc., and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to
joining ONEOK he worked as an Engineer for Oklahoma Natural Gas
Company in the Muskogee district and Tulsa general officer from
1974 to 1979. Mr. Kyle was promoted to Area Manager in Ardmore in
1979 and remained there until early 1982. He was promoted to
Manager of Transmission in the Tulsa general office in 1982;
Manager of Gas Supply Operations in 1984; and elected Vice
President, Gas Supply in September 1986. In May 1990 he became
Executive Vice President of Oklahoma Natural Gas Company and was
named its President and Chief Operating Officer in September
1994. Mr. Kyle became a member of the ONEOK Board of Directors in
August 1995. In September 1997, he was named President and Chief
Operating Officer of ONG Transmission Company and all unregulated
companies and became President and Chief Operating Officer of
ONEOK, Inc. in October 1997. In August 2000, he was named
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ONEOK, Inc.
Mr. Kyle has a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from
Oklahoma State University and an MBA from The University of
Tulsa. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at
Harvard Business School.
